### Coaching FAQ

How quickly will I see coaching results?

Leaders report clearer thinking within the first few sessions. Measurable shifts in team performance and decision speed typically show up within 4-6 weeks. The real compound effect comes from consistency over months, not days.

Is coaching just for C-Levels?

Elev18 coaching is designed for senior leadership: founders, VPs, and C-suite leaders navigating complexity. Group coaching strengthens entire leadership teams. The practice occasionally coaches upper-middle management preparing for senior roles. 

What's the typical coaching schedule and fees?

Schedule: Weekly sessions are typically 55 minutes, give or take depending on the leader's schedule. Between sessions, async support is provided. 

Fees: Leadership coaching is a business investment, not a personal expense. Companies pay on a project or retainer basis because stronger leaders mean better decisions, higher retention, and faster growth. Most engagements are structured as professional development within L&D or executive budgets.

### Marketing FAQ

Can you help hire our next marketing leader?

Yes. Engagements often include hiring planning: defining the role, designing comp structure, sourcing and vetting candidates. Our founder has experience hiring for every single role in both B2B and B2C tech marketing. You'll end the engagement with both a functioning marketing system and the right person to run it.

Who will work on my projects?

The Elev18 founder Nicole Zheng is primarily the acting marketing leader. Her availability as a fractional CMO is on a limited basis. If there is a challenge in availability or fit, Elev18 may deploy a vetted marketing professional from our network. 

 

Embedded Growth Partner or Fractional CMO: What's the difference?

Embedded Growth Partner means working shoulder-to-shoulder on 1-3 specific initiatives—rebrand, sales enablement, AI integration. You own it together, build it together. Fractional CMO is full marketing leadership: strategy, team management, board decks, hiring. Choose based on whether you need a partner on a project or someone running the entire function.
